INSULATION AND WINDOWS

• The building will be fully insulated with low lambda graphite polystyrene, ensuring excellent thermal insulation.

• The windows will be installed using the hot installation method (EPDM tapes) to increase airtightness and eliminate thermal bridges.

HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING

• The entire house, including all rooms, will feature a high-efficiency water underfloor heating system, according to standards used in Northern Europe (e.g., Poland and Germany), with pipes densely distributed throughout the floor area. • Heating and cooling will be provided by a high-performance heat pump, allowing underfloor heating in winter and cooling in summer.

• The house will have a central air conditioning system with individual temperature control in each room.
